We had a great experience working with Lawrence in the process of searching and buying apartments. We viewed multiple listings and went through several bidding process with the help of Lawrence. It was a long process to find the right home for us but Lawrence was being extremely patient, helpful, and resourceful throughout the time. We used Lawrence to help us rent an apartment in Long Island City. My husband and I didn't know much about the area, but saw one of his listings online. He not only set up the one show, but knew every available apartment in that building- showed us all of them, and then had set up 5 other showings. He was super knowledgeable (even seemed to know more than the agents showing the apts!) After getting a great feeling for the area, we wanted to set up more showings at the places we liked. Lawrence was wonderful and answered all the questions we had. He saw everything through to the end. I have never met an agent who has worked so hard for a rental! Lawrence was really amazing to work with and made it so easy to find and sign with an apartment in Long Island City! He found apartments that fit each of our requirements, was super patient, friendly, and not pushy at all. We really appreciated being able to tour without feeling pressured into making a decision immediately. He also took into consideration finding listings that paid the broker fees for us so that we weren’t responsible for it. Very quick to respond by text and email.
